Buffering Print

If you encounter buffering please try the following:

Change the channel and go back.  If you are still having issues make sure there are not more than 5 people logged on to one account, or quad screen is not being utilized as each picture you add to that function counts as a stream. Next, check if it is your internet.  Perform a speed test by going to the main screen and select settings in the top right corner.  Select speed test.  

     

If issue still persists, go to the website you signed up on and sign into your billing account.  From there you can file a ticket with our support team.
